What you might be experiencing
You may be:

-
Struggling with feelings of inadequacy, believing that nothing you do is ever enough—for others or even yourself.
-
Feeling deeply sad, perhaps to the point where everyday tasks have become difficult.
-
Experiencing frequent anxiety, such as racing thoughts, sweating, shaking, or a sense of detachment, as if you're observing life through a fog.
-
Finding it hard to recognize or express your emotions, and it's starting to negatively affect your life.
-
Feeling emotions intensely, which might be overwhelming or unsettling to you or those around you.
-
Dealing with relationship issues—whether with friends, co-workers, roommates, romantic partners, or family members.
-
Going through a particularly challenging time and seeking a neutral, supportive person to discuss the stress you're under.

How can I help?

I specialise in Psychodynamic therapy, which explores the connection between your childhood experiences and your current life.

The way significant adults interact with us as children shapes our worldview.
For example; If you were dismissed, controlled, or hurt by those who were supposed to care for you, you might unconsciously expect others to treat you the same way. This can lead to behaviours like avoiding close relationships to protect yourself or becoming a people pleaser to prevent others from acting in ways you fear.

This is just one-way childhood experiences can influence us. Each person's worldview is unique, shaped by all the interactions we've had throughout our lives.
