A 15 minute phone call with the adult who is referring to find out a bit more why they feel the young person may need therapy and for me to explain how I work.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please provide 24 hours notice from the time of your appointment so the time slot can be provided to someone else. Please ensure that during the session you are in a confined, safe area where you cannot be overheard and will not be interrupted. This is so you feel safe and comfortable and able to talk freely. If you wish to cancel a block booking it would be great if you could provide feedback onto why this is the case with the hope of discussing how best I could help you achieve your goals.
